MAXHUB’s exclusive UK distributor Ascentae and systems integrator partner Pure AV have installed the first MAXHUB all-in-one LED solution in the country into a leading college in the North West.
Further education provider Wigan and Leigh College wanted a high impact display for the atrium area of its Parson’s Walk campus. Following consultation with audio-visual integrator Pure AV, the 138” MAXHUB integrated LED wall was selected for installation into the college.
The MAXHUB LED Raptor wall offers the high-quality, high-impact presence the college sought; the brightness of the LED is easily able to cope with the high levels of natural light within the atrium. Furthermore, the ability to mount the LED wall as a mobile solution presented an opportunity for the college to unlock additional value from their investment.
As well as welcoming people to the building, the display can also provide a canvas for meetings and presentations. The mobile mounting and built-in content sharing features make switching between the different types of usage quick and easy.
Pure AV evaluated several different solutions before recommending the MAXHUB integrated video wall. Account Manager Steve Bell explained: “The ability to offer an all-in-one mobile solution with the simple connectivity to support the college’s different use cases made this an ideal choice.”
John Donnellan, information services manager at Wigan and Leigh College, added: “The LED wall looks fantastic and offers an engaging way to share college news and information and is also brilliantly practical. I love the flexibility offered by the mobile stand and the fact that we now have such an impressive display to support meetings and presentations. I am sure it will be hugely popular with staff, students and visitors.”
Darren Lin, general manager at MAXHUB, commented, “The UK continues to be a vital focus country for MAXHUB growth in 2022. We are thrilled that we have seen the first installation of our narrow pixel pitch LED solution and know that this will be the first of many with the support of partners like Pure AV and Ascentae.”
