The digital media campaign for the SKKN BY KIM skincare line can be seen at Oculus at the World Trade Center in New York, which houses a shopping centre and a major transportation hub.
Kim Kardashian has launched the first 3D ads to be shown on a 100-yard-long LED screen in New York.
The SKKN BY KIM ads feature Kardashian and her skincare range, with three-dimensional effects applied to exfoliator, eye cream and face cream products.
The campaign for the celebrity’s skincare brand can be seen at the Oculus at Westfield World Trade Center.
The Oculus site houses a shopping centre, operated by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, together with stations for 12 subway lines and PATH trains.
Colin Shaughnessy, executive vice president and director of US sales for URW, commented: “While we’ve helped a number of luxury brands tap into our audience in one of New York City’s largest transportation hubs, we are thrilled that SKKN BY KIM will be the first to use the power of The Westfield Network to reach and engage consumers in this dynamic and highly engaging way.”
The SKKN BY KIM 3D campaign will run at the Oculus until 16 October, while a SKKN BY KIM pop-up store will open at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles in time for the holidays. This will be the brand’s first bricks-and-mortar store.
