Leyard has launched a fine-pitch, high-bright outdoor LED video wall designed for close-up viewing.
The Leyard Luminate Ultra Series LED video wall display features coated LEDs to deliver ruggedness and high-quality image detail in high ambient light environments. It offers nearly 140° visibility with limited interference, even in direct sunlight.
The range comprises models with pixel pitches of 1.5mm and 1.9mm and up to 3,500 nits of brightness. The displays support comfortable viewing from as close as 1.8m and are suitable for applications spanning transportation signage, retail exteriors, poolside cinema, entertainment and hospitality.
The displays incorporate protective treatments designed to withstand weather conditions, dust and water, and feature an IP65 Ingress Protection Rating. The Leyard Luminate Ultra Series also includes a protective coating that fills the gaps between LEDs to bolster their weather resistance, as well as increasing the visual contrast for deeper black levels.
