A Vogel’s LED mounting system designed for ease of installation was delivered promptly as Grupo Salutia installed a 70sqm, 2.5mm LG LED display at the IESE business school in Madrid.
When Spanish business school IESE decided to renovate its existing buildings in Madrid, an innovative architectural design was created for new buildings with a focus on sustainability.
The Madrid campus now occupies 33,600 sqm, with new facilities that include four new amphitheatre classrooms, a high-tech multipurpose room, an auditorium with natural light for more than 500 people and underground parking for 300 vehicles.
As part of the removation, IESE required the fast installation of a 13 x 5.5 metre indoor LED screen for its new auditorium, to meet the requirements of a schedule of contracted internal and external events.
Spanish integrator Grupo Solutia chose the 2.5mm, LG LSBA025-GD Indoor LED solution, a screen with magnetically-attached cabinets that offers great contrast and vivid colours.
The LED screen containing 286 (26 x 11) cabinets is one of the largest indoor LED walls in Spain, and provides students and auditorium visitors with the best possible viewing experience, with easy access for maintenance.
A Vogel’s LED wall mounting system was chosen to meet the high-quality standards of IESE. The mounting brackets are TÜV5 tested for the maximum level of safety.
In addition, the components of the mounting system were delivered quickly, which allowed integrator Grupo Solutia to start installing the LED wall shortly after the order was confirmed. Since the wall mounts are designed to reduce installation time, the LED screen was installed in just two weeks.
