Laurel School District in New Castle, Pennsylvania, has replaced its whiteboards with interactive panel displays to improve student engagement.

The technology, created by Boxlight Corporation — a provider of interactive technology digital signage and software solutions — allowed the school to boost class collaboration, said Robert Lee, the district’s director of Administrative Services.

“We wanted to infuse educational technology that allows our students to be active participants,” he said in the release. “The ProColor panel technology allows them to do just that.”
