The eight venues in Qatar that have been hosting football World Cup matches have been fitted with waterproof 6.5mm and 10mm panels from the company’s A99 LED perimeter display range.
More than 2,000 sq m of Absen LED display screen elements have been installed in the eight stadiums in Qatar hosting the FIFA World Cup.
The waterproof 6.5mm and 10mm panels – which are part of the company’s A99 LED perimeter display range – feature alongside IP65 water-protected power boxes, and parallel data and power connections to ensure that any fault will not affect the operation of the modules.
Absen displays also featured at three stadiums that hosted matches at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, as well as at Lord’s cricket ground in London and NBA and Formula One venues.
